The Canadian Bookbinders and Book Artists Guild is a volunteer-driven charitable organization that supports and nurtures the traditions of hand bookbinding. 

 

It has been fondly dubbed "Cabbage".

It is a national organization with chapters across the country. Ontario is home to three of them. 

​

Owen Sound does not have its own chapter (yet!), but we are within driving distance of the Greater Toronto Area chapter and the Southwest Ontario Chapter courses.

​

I have been volunteering for CBBAG since 2015 in various roles - workshop coordinator, Chair of the National Education Committee and Director-at-Large for the National Board.
